I just finished my D class course with our instructor rich. He is an awsome instructor. Rich took time to explain everything made the class comfortable to learn in. Even on breaks or lunch or early before class starts he answered questions that we all had and explained why something is the way it is. The office personnel is kind and courteous and will help you with what. I ever questions you may have or information of what they sell. Overall this school is the way to go. Awesome security company and teaching and training. Monday i will be starting my G course with them. Also certified on AED, CPR, and 1st aid today. If your looking for a school come to this training facility. I did do my G course and passed went to the range and passed. Very fun class great time at the range. The team did a solid job and took care to cover all the walkways to the work area, which kept my existing flooring safe from damage during the project. Chief Richard Stein and the professional staff of Florida Security Services offer a comprehensive portfolio of Florida-certified training courses and practicum to master all the licensing certifications required for professional security and protection officers. I have been a client for years and have received the very best training here compared to other training programs I have attended throughout St. Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach Counties. I highly recommend All Florida Security Services.
I have completed my 2024 mandatory training requirements, having recently obtained my G-License requalification, CPR/AED, and arrest control (handcuffing) certifications at the All Florida Security Services school. As a retired law enforcement officer currently serving as an armed Senior Protection Office for high-value clients in Hobe Sound, I especially appreciated the refresher handcuffing course which was very thorough in covering relevant Florida and Constitutional laws, and the practicum involving probable cause citizens arrest and detention for both compliant and resisting subjects.
I have continued to complete all of my training and certification requirements with All Florida Security simply because I have "been to the rest; but All Florida Security is the best." I just completed a comprehensive G-License Re-qualification for 2025 with Chief Stein who taught the theory, statutory laws and conducted the live fire test. I also recently completed the armed security officer weapon/firearm retention, and the USCCA "Control the Bleed" certification courses. All courses and instructors are Florida State licensed and have a high command of the course material with active classroom participation.

I don't usually take the time to write recommendations, but wanted to write one for AY Construction and Remodeling. From start to end we greatly appreciate the quality work completed. It start with Andy providing a detailed, written quote. It seems like other contractors just verbally provide a total amount and hopefully everyone agrees what was included. Once we agreed on which dates the work would be done, he and his crew showed up on time and ready to get the job done. The work completed included taking off wall paper and then texturing and painting both my dining room and kitchen. They completely sectioned off the rooms with plastic to prevent any over-spray and then cleaned up afterwards. I then requested some additional dry wall patch work and nail-hole pop fixes in my game room which Andy and crew completed still within the agreed amount of time. Great staff, great classes. I would recommend anyone looking to become a certified security officer attend their classes. The Chief Richard Stein is a great instructor and makes the class fun, not like most schools where you fall asleep. Also, the firearms instructor is great he works with each student to help make them better and safer firearms owners. If you are looking don't pass this school up! I took the class in 2023 and started working for the company it's the best they treat everyone as if you're the real family. I won't go anywhere else.

AY Contruction did a great job of fixing ALL of the cracks in our sheet rock. We had a big sewer leak and had to dig under the house 25 feet. After waiting six months for all of the cracks and sheet rock shifting, we had Andy come in and repair the damage.
They were prompt and moved and replace all of the furniture after finishing the painting. We had a lot of torn wall paper which had to be removed and the walls textured. The cracks were caulked with high grade materials making a very neat job.

Probably the best experience dealing with any worker that I have had a long time. These days most contractors are difficult to get a hold of and overpriced due to high demand. Now imagine you come across someone who gives a reasonable price ( not cheap but not overpriced ....but then again you don't want cheap because you'll have to pay later to fix the cheap work), and then he does the work with the dedication and professionalism as if it was his own home. That in a sense summarizes Andy, a consumate perfectionist who will not stop until both he and you are truly satisfied! And I mean that literally. I pointed out something that needed correction around 9pm, both him and his painter stayed till 1am to make sure it was fixed to my liking and never complained once!!! You can't buy that type of dedication.

I called Andy to repair a 15 year old deck. I knew the deck had problems but not to what extent until he removed several boards. After some discussion I decided to let Andy do his thing.
After removing the entire deck flooring he went to work trying to level the remaining substructure.
I will spare all the details but Andy completely leveled the old substructure and replaced the decking with TREX.
I do most of my own remodeling work but my health does not allow it any longer. Andy did the work far and above what I expected.
His work ethics are outstanding and he will not accept final payment until the client is totally satisfied.

My wife and I did our concealed weapons permit course this past Sat. Rick and his wife Tina made us feel right at home. Rick is an excellent instructor, NRA certified along with many other certifications and taught us everything we needed to know from the Florida laws to using our firearms. We were in a class of 7 and it was a very professional training.
The course was in three phases so is was very easy to grasp everything we needed to know. Rick was always asking us if we had any questions and he stressed safety during the complete course. After we completed the classroom portion which is about 3 hours we all went over to the range and fired 3 rounds each to complete the training. Being my wife had never shot a gun before, Rick stood by her the complete time and she felt very secure knowing he was their to guide her. She did very well and passed the course. We all were issued our certificates at the range.
If you want to get your concealed carry permit or any other firearm training this is the place you want to go to. I can say with certainty you will not find a nicer gentleman with the experience that Rick has and you will come out of this course with a lot of knowledge that you won't forget.
